I purchased a new XC90 in via the Overseas Delivery program. We picked the car up in April and spent 5 days (much to short) in your beautiful country. When I picked up the car, it had an US licence plate retainer on the front instead of the European one that I requested. I am trying to find someone in Sweden (may be a dealership) that can help me get the correct part to replace the american one. The dealership here in my State indicated that they can not order European spec parts. The part number that I'm looking for is 31383631. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I live in Utah in the USA. I can speak some Swedish, but my vocabulary, especially when it pertains to Automobiles, is not very large. There are not very many Swedish speakers here in the US to practice my Swedish with which makes it hard to keep up with the language.
